How do I book an appointment with the Potty Purple Pod and what’s the best option for me?

How about we start with a consultation….

Dianne Ashcroft, Podiatrist at Lane Ends Podiatry, WarringtonWhatever your problem, from cracked heels, ingrown toenails to verruca’s…how can Potty Purple Pod help?

Let me just start by first saying this…. not all treatments are the same!

Each treatment is tailored specifically to meet your needs.

There’s a lot to consider and as a healthcare professional, I don’t believe in the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. I believe in finding the best treatment for you and what you feel comfortable with.

How do you know what treatment is best for you?

This is where the assessment begins. I offer three consultation options, which allow us to discuss your foot problems.

These appointments allow you to work around your hectic schedule and book an appointment for a time that suits you, for a place that suits you.

The Virtual Consultation - £39

Want to arrange a consultation whilst you’re on your work break? That’s the beauty of a video consultation, it can be done from the comfort of your home.

And if you’re nervous about discussing your feet, don’t be! I’ve seen it all.

A video/virtual consultation allows us to get to know each other and for me to understand what problems you may be facing.

In fact, a video consultation may be all you need!

During the appointment I’ll provide advice on how to best treat your problem, I won’t encourage you to visit the clinic if I believe that we can achieve the same results during our video appointment together.

I’ll be here to provide guidance and explain your treatment package options, because I want you to have the decision to choose what feels most comfortable for you.

The In-person Assessment - £79

The front door at Lane Ends Podiatry, WarringtonEven after 29 years, I still love my job and I love getting to know my clients.

Sometimes a video call may not be the end of our conversation.

If I believe that I need to see you in person to help with your problem, then I’ll recommend that you come visit me at the Potty Purple Pod.

Consider the in-person assessment as the follow up appointment.

This includes my pre-existing clients that I meet for regular check-ups to continue with their preventative treatments.

I won’t offer this service unless we have had the initial conversation, as I’ll need to know your medical history in order to provide you with the best options.

In fact, the help doesn’t stop after your visit.

Quite often, once I’ve seen a patient in the clinic, I’ll send out further resources that can provide useful advice for that pesky foot problem, this goes for the virtual clinic too.

The ‘I’m Ready’ Appointment - £89

Want to skip a step and go straight to becoming a Potty Purple Pod patient? This includes the In-person assessment and registering you with my clinic.

I can’t wait to get started with you, and don’t worry, if you’re terrible with directions, I’m one step ahead. I’ve set up a page to help you find us.

What can I expect as a NEW patient?

Before your appointment, I’ll send you a pre-assessment form so that you can tell me what’s bothering you. I like to be prepared and more importantly, I want to start helping you before you’ve even walked through the doors (whether we’re talking virtually or physically).

How do I book an appointment?

Okay so we’ve talked about your options, how do you arrange an appointment?

I’m here to make life easier, you can book online or pick up the phone and call on 01925 722577.

I look forward to helping you!

    Hello Diane
Can you help my daughter with verrucas? She is 14 and has a number of them on her feet. We’ve tried the cream Bazooka but nothing works and they won’t seem to go away.
    Thanks
    Emma Stanton
