Are you struggling with athletes foot?

Athletes foot ?

Are you struggling with the frustration of athlete’s foot? You’re not alone. In fact, approximately 30% of the population have it at any given time. But don’t worry, there is hope! In this blog post, I discuss how to effectively apply antifungal cream to help you get rid of it. Or you can watch this video where I explain more about how to fix athletes foot and foot fungus.

Firstly, let’s talk about the athletes foot cream we’re going to use – Terbinafine. You will need one gram per foot, so make sure to measure from the crease of your index finger to the tip. Once you have the correct amount, gently dab the cream around your foot.

The goal is to evenly distribute the cream, making sure to cover the skin below the level of the ankle, including the top, bottom, and in between the toes.

One common issue people face is that athletes foot treatments don’t seem to work. However, in many cases, the treatment is successful, but the athletes foot infection returns because the person has re-infected themselves from their environment. To prevent this from happening to you, it’s a good idea to perform preventative athletes foot treatment for one week out of every four. This will help you stay on top of any potential re-infection, as we know how difficult it can be to completely eradicate spores from our environment.

In summary, athlete’s foot can be a frustrating and uncomfortable condition, but with the right treatment and prevention, it can be managed effectively. Remember to apply the antifungal cream evenly and thoroughly, and to stay on top of preventative treatment to keep the fungus at bay.

With these tips, you’ll fix your athletes foot and be back to healthy, happy feet in no time!
